I wanted to write a thank you note to all of the people that put up with an helped me in Florida. It was a very enjoyable experience and far more thought provoking then I could have hoped. Thank you Slattery's (Mr. and Mrs. Slattery, Amanda Brian, and of course Cara), Mr. Dr. & Mrs. Dr. Hurst, Mathew, Jesse; the Shafer's, the Lindville's (sp?), Papa and Granny Tillman, just about everybody else in the church (Mrs. Haynes, Miss Margret, Mrs. Woodard, and anybody else I didn't write down (Which may be because I don't remember your at this exact moment, sorry!), the Woodard family (Uncle, Paster Ken, Andy, Peter, Steven, and Sarah). A huge, ginormous, garish (I know that really isn't what garish is normally used for but humor me) "Thank you" to Aunt Rachael especially for not strangling me and doing all of the things I asked for. Thank you to most everybody!
I am writing this from the Tampa Airport at 3:53 pm EST. Security was light and I got through easily. Online Check-In is possibly the best thing in flight since stewardesses were introduced. I will be landing in Salt Lake City sometime later, a lot later. Not really sure when though. It ain't on my itinerary. Oh well.

The very, very, very first post!
This, my friends, is the very first (and hopefully not the last) post on this blog. To start off, my name is Jeremiah Petersen and I will be a sophomore at Bob Jones University in the fall. And this:
is what I will be doing this summer.
That is I will be fishing in Alaska. Almost, but not quite Deadliest Catch style, only for fish.
This is brief I know but I needed to put something up for people to gawk at.
For now,
Jeremiah
